Julia joined Iona Capital in 2011 as a financial analyst and is part of the Investment Team. She is heavily involved in driving investments to completion and takes on going transitional roles sitting on asset boards and thus contributes to the ongoing underlying asset performance. 

 

She sits on the board of Brocklesby Biogas a 70,000 tonnes p.a. food waste Anaerobic Digestion investment based in Hull.  Julia’s most recent project was Bridgwater Resource Recovery, a 100,000 tonnes p.a. Energy from Waste facility in Somerset which achieved a financial close in Nov 2018. Her main investment focus is EfW sector.
