Iona Environmental VCT Share Offer

Iona Environmental VCT PLC has published a prospectus to raise up to, in aggregate, GBP10 million through offers for subscription of up to 10,000,000 B shares of 0.1 pence each in the share capital of the Company.

The Offers will open on 5 July 2011 and may close at any time thereafter but in any event not later than 1.00 p.m. on 5 April 2012 in relation to the offer for subscription in respect of the 2011/12 tax year, and at 5.00 p.m. on 1 June 2012 in relation to the offer for subscription in respect of the 2012/2013 tax year.
